Good condition antique Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle in .38 WCF (.38-40) caliber that is serial number 271xxx, which dates it to manufacture in 1888. Original blue metal finish is mostly worn to brown and gray patinas. 24” octagonal barrel has original sights.
