Nepperhan Firearms Co. Civil War 31 Cal, RARE & VERY SCARCE

This is a VERY scarce and rare Nepperhan Firearms Company five shot .31 caliber revolver from the Civil War era. This is a very interesting piece. It has a removable side plate on the left side of the frame to expose the action workings. This is serial number 2823 and has the 2nd Type barrel address. The action works very nicely. This gun rates as Fine to Very Fine Antique condition. I have never seen one of these before, and you will look long and hard to find one for sale anywhere. Rare pieces come up for sale very seldom
